Common requests

Subscription and billing

Slop Detector Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can review, cancel, or change your plan from your App Store subscription settings.

Delete your account

You can delete your account from the app settings. If you need help or cannot access the app, email us and include the email tied to your account.

Scan or AI issues

If a scan fails or the result looks wrong, send the app version, your device model, iOS version, and a screenshot so we can reproduce the issue.
