Use this page for account help, billing questions, privacy requests, and bug reports. If you contact support, include the email on your account and enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

Need to delete your account?

Use the public deletion page to submit the request by email without being sent back to the app. It also explains what data is deleted and how subscriptions work on iOS and Android.

Subscription and billing

Slop Detector Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. You can review, cancel, or change your plan from your App Store subscription settings.

Delete your account

Use the dedicated delete-account page to email a deletion request from the address tied to your account. The in-app delete option is still available if you can sign in.

Scan or AI issues

If a scan fails or the result looks wrong, send the app version, your device model, iOS version, and a screenshot so we can reproduce the issue.

Before you email us

  • Use the email address attached to your Slop Detector account.
  • Tell us what happened, what you expected, and what you tried already.
  • Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and screenshots when relevant.
