Account deletion
Delete your Slop Detector account.
This is the public account deletion resource for Slop Detector. You can request deletion here even if you no longer have access to the app. No web login required.
Send the request from the email on your account when possible so we can verify ownership faster.
How it works
- Step 1
Send the request by email
Email support@slopdetector.io from the email address attached to your Slop Detector account. Use the subject line "Delete my Slop Detector account."
- Step 2
Include the details we need
Tell us the account email, whether you used iOS or Android, and whether you still have an active subscription so we can process the right account.
- Step 3
We confirm and complete deletion
Slop Detector will review the request and delete your Slop Detector account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Data we delete after a valid request
- Your account profile and sign-in credentials
- Body data, goals, and onboarding information
- Food scan history, saved meal results, and gallery data
- Coach Slop conversations and related in-app history
- Leaderboard or social content associated with your account
Data we may retain
- Records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or chargeback obligations
- Aggregated or fully anonymized analytics that cannot identify you

Subscriptions on iOS and Android
iOS / App Store
Deleting your Slop Detector account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple account subscription settings to avoid future renewals.
Android / Google Play
Deleting your Slop Detector account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions to avoid future renewals.
